At Rasokriti Events & Caterers, we pride ourselves on offering exceptional service, transparency, and honest communication. This Return Policy outlines the rules and responsibilities regarding any requests related to refunds, re-performance of services, or financial reversals.

As a service-based organization, our deliverables involve time-bound labor, perishable materials, pre-booked vendors, and custom event planning — and therefore, return or refund mechanisms differ significantly from product-based businesses.


1. General Terms

1.1 This policy applies to all clients who engage with Rasokriti for services such as catering, wedding planning, decoration, event logistics, or related services.
1.2 The terms outlined here are integral to the booking agreement and shall be enforced alongside the Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
1.3 Rasokriti reserves the right to revise or update this policy at any time, and the most current version shall be applicable.


2. Nature of Our Services (Non-Returnable)

2.1 All services rendered by Rasokriti are customized, time-sensitive, and consumed during the event.
2.2 These services include but are not limited to:

  • Cooked food and beverages
  • Decor and stage setup
  • On-site event coordination
  • Staffing and logistics
  • Vendor scheduling
  • Equipment rentals

2.3 As these services are intangible, they cannot be returned, resold, or reversed once delivered or initiated.


3. Strict No-Return, No-Refund Policy

3.1 Rasokriti does not offer any return, replacement, or refund of payments for services once:

  • Booking is confirmed
  • Work has begun (e.g. food prep, decor planning, vendor dispatch)
  • The event has been completed, even partially

3.2 This applies regardless of:

  • Weather interruptions
  • Personal emergencies or guest cancellations
  • Venue issues or administrative delays
  • Mistaken booking by client
  • Delays caused by third-party vendors or guests
  • Reduced guest turnout or early wrap-up

4. Disputes Over Service Quality

4.1 While we strive to deliver the highest quality, subjective dissatisfaction (e.g. taste, color tone, photo angles, lighting feel, etc.) does not qualify for a return or refund.
4.2 If a service component is missing or failed due to Rasokriti’s proven error, the client may be eligible for:

  • Partial service repetition (if time allows during event)
  • Future service discount (case-by-case, not guaranteed)
  • A written apology or explanation — not financial refund

4.3 Any claims must be raised on the day of the event, not after it concludes.


5. Catering-Specific Terms

5.1 All food items are prepared fresh and to order. Once food has been cooked or served, no return or refund request will be accepted.
5.2 Guest complaints about taste or quantity must be verified on-site with the Rasokriti team.
5.3 Leftover food is the property of Rasokriti unless prior arrangement is made. Unused food cannot be returned for credit or money.


6. Event Materials & Equipment

6.1 Any decor material, floral arrangement, cutlery, or furniture once deployed or set up on venue cannot be returned or compensated for.
6.2 Rasokriti is not liable for accidental damage, color variation, or wear during live usage.
6.3 Items damaged by guests or client negligence will be charged to the client and not refunded.


7. Exceptions (Only at Management Discretion)

7.1 Rasokriti may, on rare humanitarian grounds, offer:

  • A token credit (maximum 20%) for a future event
  • A no-cost date shift (if feasible and requested early)

7.2 This is not a right or entitlement and shall only be considered once per client, with management approval.


8. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

8.1 Clients are advised not to raise payment disputes or chargebacks with banks or platforms once services are consumed.
8.2 All disagreements must be resolved through direct communication and documentation.
8.3 Rasokriti reserves the right to initiate legal action for false disputes or defamation.


9. Legal Enforcement

9.1 This Return Policy is governed by the laws of India.
9.2 In case of legal disputes, the jurisdiction will lie with the courts in [Insert City/District Name].
9.3 The client agrees to resolve all concerns amicably before initiating formal complaints.


10. Client Declaration

By engaging Rasokriti’s services and/or signing our quotation/termsheet, the client agrees that:

✅ They waive any claims of return under normal conditions
